Sessions are 50 minutes and are a standard $70 per session. Sliding scale fees are offered based on financial need.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As therapy progresses, or during the first session, we can adjust/collaborate the frequency based on your goals, growth, and what feels supportive.
